Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cans pineapple chunks in pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch slices
    1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    2 tsp. chopped chives or scallions (green part only)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
    Add chicken slices and flour to coat.
    Heat oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
    Add chicken and saute until tender.
    Remove from pan.
    To pan, add honey, teriyaki, chives, pepper and reserved pineapple juice.
    Over high heat, heat to boiling.
    Boil 30 seconds.
    Return chicken and pineapple to pan.
    Heat through.
    Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
