King Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 Tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 Tbsp. white wine
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 (6 oz.) cans white crab meat
Preparation

Melt margarine; stir in flour until smooth.
Slowly add milk and soup to make thick, smooth paste.
Add remaining ingredients with exception of crab and bread crumbs.
Stir until cheese is melted.
Add crab meat and leave in chunks.
Pour into well-greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes until top is brown.
Serve over hot rice.
Makes 6 servings.
