Pimento Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped pimento
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Melt margarine and stir in flour.
    Cook until bubbly. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth and thickened.
    Add cheese, pimento, salt and pepper.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Pour over vegetables in potato broccoli bake.
    Cover and bake 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
