Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

In a 2 1/2-quart dish add cooked rice.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until brown on top.
Serves 4 to 6.
