Potatoes, Manhattan Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. potatoes, peeled, diced, boiled
    2 onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped fine
    4 canned pimentos, diced
    4 tbsp. butter
    1 can undiluted cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. cheddar cheese
    Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together.
    Bake approx. 40 mins. at 350\u00b0.
