Matthew'S Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    store brand biscuit dough
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cinnamon
    hot canola oil
Preparation
    Take the biscuits and flatten them, one at a time.
    Cut a small hole in the middle.
    Drop them into a shallow pan with oil about 1 1/2 to 2-inches in the bottom.
    Turn over when light brown. Take out and drop the sugar-cinnamon mixture on both sides and allow to cool on paper towel before serving.
