Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef
    3 carrots
    4 pieces celery, sliced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 can green beans
    1 can peas
    2 large potatoes, sliced thick
    1 can tomato soup (not diluted)
    1/2 c. Burgundy cooking wine
    salt and pepper to taste
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Place in covered casserole and bake at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Do not peek while cooking.
    Very good.
