Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, cut in rings
    1 10 oz. can beef consomme
    2 fresh tomatoes or 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 pinch of thyme or poultry seasoning
Preparation
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup uncooked rice in a greased casserole.
    Sear and season four pork chops.
    Place these on the rice and add remaining ingredients.
    Bake one hour at 400\u00b0.
