Angel Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped
3 egg yolks, well beaten
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 angel food cake (small or medium)
Preparation

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler.
Add egg yolks and sugar; blend well (mixture will get very stiff).
Remove from heat.
Fold in egg whites.
Cool.
