Fruited Cottage Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box orange Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    1 large can fruit cocktail (or use 1 large can crushed pineapple)
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. grated carrot
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add cold water.
    Blend in cottage cheese with wire whisk.
    Add fruit cocktail.
    Refrigerate until set.
