Crab Meat Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 2/3 c. crab meat
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2/3 c. chopped green pepper
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together by hand the mayonnaise, flour and eggs; add milk and stir well.
Add remaining ingredients; pour into an uncooked pie shell and bake for 40 minutes.
Serves 6.
