Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 regular size can sauerkraut, chopped up
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced
    2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. corned beef, shredded or sliced very thin
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 can refrigerator biscuits
Preparation
    Spread sauerkraut in 12 x 8-inch dish.
    Top with tomato slices, dot with butter and dressing.
    Cover with corned beef; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Remove. Spread each biscuit into 3 layers.
    Overlap biscuits to cover the casserole.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 25 minutes longer.
    Serves 4 to 6.
