Microwave Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. margarine
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. peanut butter
    1 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Microwave margarine 1 minute.
    Add milk and sugar; mix well. Microwave 5 minutes.
    Stir after 3 minutes.
    Stir again, then microwave 5 minutes longer.
    Remove from microwave, then add all remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into a buttered 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
    Makes 3 pounds.
