Chocolate Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1/2 c. oil
3 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs*
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Bring margarine, oil, cocoa and water to a boil.
Place remaining ingredients into bowl.
*Mix a little of the hot ingredients in with the eggs before pouring the hot ingredients over the flour mixture.
Mix well.
Pour onto ungreased 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Pour icing over hot cake.
