Romaine Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. safflower oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
5 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 lb. Blue or Roquefort cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. coarse ground pepper
salt to taste
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
-
Blend in food processor.
Store in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days before using.
Serve over romaine, croutons and avocados and sprinkle with Parmesan.
