Seafood Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. crab meat
4 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 tsp. mustard
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise or more (if desired)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. pimento
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. chopped onion (if desired)
1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles
Preparation

Add all ingredients to crab meat and toss until well mixed. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
Makes about 8 to 10 servings.
