Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1 medium onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat onion, Wesson oil and broccoli in large pot for 5 minutes.
    Add soup, rice, salt, 1 cup cheese and milk.
    Heat until simmering.
    Pour into casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
