Italian Roast Beef Hot Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. boneless chuck roast
    3 stalks celery
    1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 medium onions
    1 green pepper
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    In a large covered roasting pan, place chuck roast.
    Chop all vegetables and add to meat.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat.
    Cook at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Cover roaster with lid. After 5 hours, using 2 forks, pull meat apart.
    Cover and continue cooking for 1 hour more.
