Italian Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

4 boneless chicken breasts
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk
1 can Italian tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Mix together eggs and milk.
Separately, mix together soup and water.
Coat chicken breasts with bread crumbs, then dip into egg mixture, then back into bread crumbs.
Brown both sides in a small amount of shortening over medium-high heat.
Place in a greased baking pan.
Pour soup mixture over breasts, making sure all covered.
Sprinkle with cheese; add more cheese if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
