2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can coconut
3 egg whites
1/3 c. white syrup
3/4 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
