Quick Tex-Mexi Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 can chili con carne (optional)
    1 can chili con carne with beans
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small pkg. corn Fritos
    1/2 can black olives
    1/2 to 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a casserole, layer the cooked meat and onions with olives. Layer of corn Fritos and layer of beans and cheese.
    Build up the layers, starting and topping with corn Fritos.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for about 1/2 hour.
