Potato Chips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6oz.) potato (unpeeled)
    Salt substitute
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
    Using a food processor, vegetable peeler, or grater/slicer, slice potato into very thin, uniform slices.
    Place in one layer, on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
    Spray potatoes lightly with the spray.
    Sprinkle with salt substitute.
    Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until light brown all over.
    Remove to a rack to cool. Potatoes need to be light brown all over, or they will be soggy when cooled.
    Enjoy right away or store in an airtight container.
