Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 egg
    4 slices bread, crumbled
    dash of Old Bay seasoning
    1 small onion, diced
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together well; form into patties. Makes approximately 10 to 12 patties.
    Place in a hot skillet with shortening.
    Fry on both sides until brown.
