Crab Meltaways - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. dry Italian seasoning mix
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. Grey Poupon mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. imitation crab meat
Preparation
    Mix ingredients.
    Spread on 12 English muffin halves.
    Cut in quarters.
    Broil until bubbly.
    Serve immediately.
