Vegetable Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, diluted
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed and cut into bite sized pieces
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    8 oz. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the soup, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add the broccoli, cauliflower, noodles and 1/4 cup of the cheese.
    Mix gently.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
