Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten until fluffy
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated peeled squash
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix oil, sugar and vanilla into eggs.
    Add squash.
    Sift flour, soda, salt and baking powder.
    Add to mixture; add cinnamon and blend until creamy.
    Pour in loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
