Sherbet Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. rainbow sherbet
    4 oranges
Preparation
    At least 1 day ahead, cut oranges in half and remove the fruit.
    Place the orange (rind) bowls in the freezer in plastic bags.
    When ready for dessert, take out the \"orange bowls\" and put 1 or 2 round scoops of rainbow sherbet in.
    Kids love this!
    You can add pretzel sticks or candy to enhance it also.
