Baked Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. hamburg
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    2 c. water
    2 bay leaves
    1 onion, diced
    grated Parmesan cheese
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    1 lb. Mozzarella
    3/4 lb. Ricotta
Preparation
    Sauce: Brown hamburg in oil. Add onion, garlic, tomato paste, water and bay leaves. Simmer for 1 hour. Cook lasagna noodles according to instructions on package. Arrange lasagna in baking dish in layers, alternating with layers of sauce, Mozzarella and Ricotta. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until Mozzarella is melted.
