Meat Bun Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown beef; drain.
    Add cabbage, onion, salt and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes or until cabbage and onion are tender.
    Stir in cheese.
    Spoon into a greased 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
    In a bowl, blend biscuit mix, milk and eggs.
    Pour over beef mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
