Vienna Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 egg yolks
    1 (10 oz.) jar raspberry jelly
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. finely chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
    2 1/2 c. flour
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine butter, 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks; beat until creamy.
    Add flour and knead with fingers.
    On a greased baking sheet, pat the batter to about 3/8-inch thickness.
    In a 350\u00b0 oven, bake until lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven and spread with the jelly.
    Top with chocolate bits.
