Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion (I used dried onion)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    9 oz. taco sauce (mild)
    12 soft corn tortillas
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions.
    Drain off excess fat and add soups and taco sauce.
    Simmer a few minutes.
    Grease a large pan and line with half of the tortillas.
    Layer cheese, meat and tortillas. Top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6 to 8.
