Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup macaroni
2 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup chopped sweet pickles
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 small pimento, chopped (canned type)
1/2 cup chopped American cheese
4 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup salad dressing
3 Tbsp. cream or milk
1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation

Cook macaroni in salt water until plump and soft.
Drain and cool.
Place in large bowl and add eggs, pickles, onion, celery seed, pimento and cheese.
Place vinegar, sugar, salad dressing, milk and mustard in container and shake well to mix.
Pour over first ingredients and mix well.
Let chill at least 4 hours.
Over night is better.
