Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can kraut, rinsed
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. white onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
Preparation

Mix kraut, green pepper, celery, onion and carrot in bowl. Mix vinegar, sugar and oil together and pour over kraut mixture. Refrigerate.
Great on sandwiches!
