Black Forest Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 c. sugar, divided
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 tsp. pure almond extract, divided
    1 c. cold whipping cream
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling, chilled
Preparation
    Stir together cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup cocoa, 1/4 cup sugar and butter.
    Press mixture firmly onto bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Beat cream cheese, sour cream and 1 1/4 cups sugar until smooth.
    Add 1/2 cup cocoa, eggs and 2 teaspoons extract; beat just until blended.
    Pour over crust.
