Colombian Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 c. strong coffee
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    pinch of salt
    6 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large saucepan, heat chocolate chips, coffee, cinnamon and salt over medium heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
    Add milk; heat through, stirring occasionally, but do not boil.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Just before serving, beat with rotary beater until foamy.
    Makes 10 servings.
