Chicken Breasts With Chilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. peanut oil
    salt and pepper
    2/3 c. sour cream
    1/2 medium onion, sliced thin
    7 whole green chilies (hot or mild)
    3 1/2 Tbsp. milk
    1/8 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bone and skin breasts and cut into fillets.
    Saute in butter and oil for 3 minutes.
    Remove and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
    Add onion and 1/4 cup water to pan.
    Simmer until water boils away.
    Cut half the chilies into strips and add to onions. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
