Crawfish Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 celery sticks, thinly sliced
    4 bell peppers, chopped
    1/2 lb. butter
    3/4 c. flour
    1 lb. crawfish tails and fat
    3 small cans creamed corn
    3 potatoes, boiled and cubed
    salt, white and black pepper to taste
    1/2 gal. milk
    2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and bell pepper in butter.
    Add flour; cook five to ten minutes.
    Add other ingredients plus 1/2 gallon milk and two pints whipping cream.
    Add crawfish and simmer.
