Tomato Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oil-packed dried tomatoes, drained
    1 (12 oz.) jar roasted sweet red peppers, drained
    5 fresh basil leaves
    1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender. Process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides.
