Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large baking potatoes, peeled and diced
    4 chicken bouillon cubes
    8 c. water
    1 bunch green onions, chopped (include green part)
    1 pt. whipping cream
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Put potatoes and bouillon cubes in water and bring to boil. Simmer until potatoes are done.
    Add green onions, whipping cream and butter; cook until slightly thickened.
    Serve warm with grated cheese and crumbled bacon on top.
