Crab Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 tsp. paprika
    4 baking potatoes, baked
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat
Preparation
    Scoop out insides of baked potatoes.
    Whip potatoes, butter, sour cream, salt, onion, cheese and paprika for 1 minute or until blended.
    Add crab meat and mix with fork.
    Fill potatoes with mixture and sprinkle with additional paprika.
    Reheat in a 450\u00b0 oven for about 15 minutes.
