Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
    bacon bits
    chives
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes 10 to 15 minutes. Cut in halves and scoop out potatoes, leaving skin and 1/4-inch of potato. Spoon back into potato skins. Top with remaining cheese and sprinkle with bacon bits. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
