Mrs. Brewer'S Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. seedless raisins
    2 c. raisin water
    1/2 tsp. water
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. shortening
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda in 2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. baking soda in sugar (1 1/2 tsp. baking soda total)
Preparation
    Cook raisins; drain and save water.
    Mix ingredients.
    Place in cupcake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    (May add nuts if wish.)
