Coconut Cream Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. short crust pastry in pie pan
    1 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. coconut
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Mix together the milk and water.
    Beat eggs and sugar together.
    Pour in milk mixture.
    Add vanilla and coconut.
    Stir. Pour into pie shell.
    Cook in moderate oven (about 325\u00b0) for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
