Frozen Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, shredded
    1 chopped green pepper
    2 chopped carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Combine cabbage, pepper, carrot and salt.
    Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out excess moisture.
    Boil vinegar, sugar, water and spice for 1 minute.
    Add to cabbage mixture.
    Cool.
    Freeze in containers.
