Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    12 oz. mild or medium Cheddar cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put into buttered baking dish and bake about 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Stir every now and then.
