Strawberry Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 qt. strawberries (strain juice to make)
1 1/2 c. strawberry juice
2 c. water
3 c. sugar
1 box Sure-Jell (light-jell)

Preparation

Bring
strawberry
juice
and
Sure-Jell to a boil; add sugar. Bring
to
a
rolling
hard boil that can't be stirred down. Skim off foam and ladle in jars.
