Ingredients

2 cups buttermilk
2/3 cup sugar
dash salt
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
Preparation

Mix buttermilk, 1/3 cup of sugar, salt and pineapple.
Freeze until half frozen.
Whip egg whites and add remaining 1/3 cup of sugar and vanilla.
Fold into mixture and freeze.
