Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium squash
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. cornbread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender; drain.
    Add bread crumbs, saving 2 tablespoons for top, egg, salt, pepper, cheese and 2 tablespoons oleo.
    Spoon into greased casserole.
    Top with crumbs and dot with oleo.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
