Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 Cup Sauteed Mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
    Oregano and Basil to Taste
    1/4 Cup Chopped Green onions-Optional
    Tomatoes
    Pie Shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325 - partially bake pie shell.
    Pour mixture of cheeses and mushrooms into pie shell.
    Cut tomatoes into wedges and arrange on top of mixture.
    Sprinkle with oregano and basil, green onions, salt and pepper.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes. Cut and serve.
