Brown Sugar Rum Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. margarine
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. dark rum
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cream butter and sugars.
    Add eggs, one at a time. Beat after each addition.
    Mix milk, rum and vanilla.
    Add alternately with flour to sugar and egg mixture. Fold in nuts.
    Bake for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
